Revised, codified and enacted into positive law by act of Jun 25, 1948, ch. 645, _1, 62 Stat. 683. Historical and revision notes follow each section and are taken from H. Rept. 80-304 and S. Rept. 80-1620 located in a special U.S.C.C.S. pamphlet and also at v. 11124 and v. 11208 of the U.S. Congressional Serial Set. The Appendix to title 18 includes the Interstate Agreement on Detainers Act, Classified Info. Procedures Act, Federal Rules of Evidence and the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
