Revised, codified, and enacted by act of June 25, 1948, ch. 646, 62 Stat. 869. Historical and revision notes follow each section and are taken from H. Rept. 80-308 and S. Rept. 80-1559 located in a special pamphlet to the 1948 U.S.C.C.S. and in v. 11125 and v. 11208 of the U.S. Cong. Serial Set. The Appendix to title 28 includes the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Federal Rules of Evidence, Rules of the Supreme Court of the U.S., Rules of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and Rules of the U.S. Court of International Trade.
