Provision Content
The annual reports to the Congress under section 262a of this title, shall be submitted within nine months after the end of the fiscal year to which they relate.

Amendments
1998—Pub. L. 105–362 struck out subsec. (a) designation and struck out subsec. (b) which related to Presidents semiannual reports to Congress concerning voluntary contributions by United States Government to international organizations.
