Provision Content

There are hereby authorized to be appropriated for any fiscal year such sums as may be necessary to the Secretary for the Secretarys administrative expense under this chapter.

Amendments

1989—Pub. L. 101–147 inserted “Appropriations for administrative expense” as section catchline and substituted “are hereby” for “is hereby” and “the Secretarys” for “his”.
