L. 94–555, title I, §108, Oct. 19, 1976, 90 Stat. 2616, provided for promulgation and revision of regulations for adequacy of service and for maintenance of civil actions for enforcement of provisions.

Effective Date of Repeal

Repeal effective Oct. 1, 1979, see section 501(a) of Pub. L. 96–73.
