L. 95–501 by Pub. L. 101–624, title XV, §1531, Nov. 28, 1990, 104 Stat. 3668. See section 5691 of this title.

Redesignation of Assistant Secretary of Agriculture for International Affairs and Commodity Programs

Pub. L. 95–501, title V, §501(c), Oct. 21, 1978, 92 Stat. 1691, which prohibited the use of the designation of Assistant Secretary of Agriculture for International Affairs and Commodity Programs” after Oct. 21, 1978, was omitted in the complete revision of Pub.
