Revised, codified, and enacted by act of Aug.10, 1956, ch. 1041, _1, 70A Stat. 1. Historical and revision notes follow each section and are taken from H. Rept. 84-970 and S. Rept. 84-2484 located (in part) at 1956 U.S.C.C.A.N. p. 4613 and p. 4632 and also located (in full) at v. 11827 and v. 11896 of the U.S. Congressional Serial Set. The Appendix consists of the rules of practice and procedure of the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and that of the Court of Criminal Appeals.
