“Revised, codified, and enacted” by Congress Public Law 86-682, _1, Sep. 2, 1960, 74 Stat. 578. For historical and revision notes see H Rept. 86-36 and S Rept. 86-1763 located at 1960 U.S.C.C.A.N. p. 868 and in v. 12167 and v. 12242 of the U.S. Cong. Serial Set. Title was revised and reenacted by Congress Public Law 91-375, the Postal Reorganization Act, Aug. 12, 1970, 84 Stat. 719. For historical and revision notes to this Act see S. Rept. 91-912, H.
